In a recent viral video capturing a public appearance by Bajwa, the host asked her if she had a message for her adoring fans in Pakistan. Responding with an enthusiastic smile directed at the audience, she expressed her affection, saying, "I have a lot of love for them and frequently engage with them on Twitter." Her words were met with a burst of excited cheers from nearby fans.
This, however, was not the first time the Indian actor had conveyed her interest in Pakistan. Earlier this year, during a Twitter Q&A session, a fan took the opportunity to urge Bajwa, "Sonam, please visit Pakistan someday!" To this, she coyly replied, "I'm coming this year," accompanied by a hushing emoji.
Back in 2022, during a conversation with Connect FM Canada, the Ardab Mutiyaran actor disclosed her desire to be in a relationship with Fawad, provided he wasn't already married. She playfully remarked, "That's a mystery I can't reveal, but I'll only say that the person I'd want to be involved with is already hitched." She added, "I don't pursue married men, but it's Fawad Khan, so if he were single, I'd make my move."
Furthermore, in an interview with BBC Asian Network's Haroon Rashid, Bajwa expressed her admiration for various Pakistani artists, including Sajal Aly, and also shared her fondness for Pakistani dramas like Meray Paas Tum Ho.
